WINE Mono Rendering Issues

    Description

      WINE Mono 4.5.6 has major rendering issues. This is kind of important because Microsoft's .NET 4.0 does not run on ReactOS and this is the only solution. I attached the test programs I used to test it.

      reactosfanboy, ideally the test app run on WinXPSP3 + MS .NET4.0 would look like

      WinXPSP3_Microsoft.NET4.0__Testapp.png

      But we intend here to test against Wine Mono 4.5.6 when we test on ReactOS!

      Today we have MS .NET 4.0 available in ReactOS Application Manager and I installed it and ran the test app with these results:
