Major Description
When I open up some dialogs, it will draw a blank tab and the tab control will still be set to the last viewed tab. It happens sometimes with inetcpl.cpl but happens all the time when the user right clicks on the C drive and clicks the hardware tab, the debug log will be flooded with:
