usb: No keyboard support

    Description

      AllocConsole() fails when using a USB Keyboard. Plugging a keyboard into the
      PS/2 port will solve this issue.

      My Hardware:
      Asus K8V-X
      Logitech MX700 Mouse (USB) and Logitech Elite Keyboard

      Note: This issue produces the same error as CORE-638 but 688 is about problems
      with PS/2 keyboards, while this bug is about problems with USB keyboards. Please
      do not mark as a duplicate.
