    Description

      did just some minor things after logon
      (like copying some files to desktop, then deleting them)

      then trying to shutdown ros
      got a BSOD

      Assertion 'entry->flags & HANDLEENTRY_INDESTROY' failed at ../../win32ss/user/ntuser/object.c line 604

      logs with bt attached

      still happens in HEAD r69362
      still happens in HEAD r69523
