on log-in, the diacritics in the account name are reset-ted to question marks

My ReactOS JIRA account is fulea.stefan and my name contain a diacritic - "Ș" (or "Ş") which is S-comma (respectively S-cedilla). The diacritics can be set and displayed in the JIRA user acconut with no problems. The problem occurs when one logs again in one's account, when those special characters are reset-ted to question marks and are kept that way unless the user corrects them manually. So basically each time I log into my ReactOS JIRA account I have to correct my name over and over again, because it will be displayed correctly only till the next log-in.
