account info is reset on log-on

In a previous issue (ONLINE-266) I reported a defect at handling the diacritics in a user's profile name. The problem is actually a little bit different as I see now that any change I make is validated only till the next session. It's not only the user name, it's also the e-mail, too. The user is basically stuck with his/her data and has to manually update the same profile over and over again each time he/she gets back.

Edit: It's not only about JIRA. It's about the (general) ReactOS user profile (where the JIRA user profile data is synchronized from), with issues occurring when attempting to change the user e-mail.
