Set up an LDAP directory

    Description

      Due to the growing number of services available to ReactOS developers, the idea is to create an LDAP directory to provide a Single Sign-On system. The existing SVN credentials will be imported into the directory. Additionally, there will be a self-service to let people change their passwords on their own.

      This JIRA issue will be used to track progress on this.
