Provide Windows Server 2003 and Linux VMs to developers

Only a few people have access to a real Windows based on our actual kernel target (NT 5.2 aka Windows Server 2003). Additionally, we sometimes have problems occuring only on ReactOS builds under Linux.

The idea is to provide Windows Server 2003 (ReactOS Deutschland e.V. has WHS licenses for this) and Linux VMs to developers, so that they have an easily accessible testing platform.
Authentication will happen over our LDAP directory.

The Windows Server 2003 VM will be available over VNC (provided by the hypervisor, so BSODs etc. will be visible). A control program will be provided to start, stop and reset the VM in case of failures.
The Linux VM will be available over x2go.
