Description
Attached is a new wallpaper we want to add for the 0.4.16 release. This wallpaper was created by community member _twotime on Discord. He or she licensed these wallpapers under Creative Commons 1.0 and gave explicit permission to us to adjust the wallpaper as needed. The author wants us to name the wallpaper "Nebula"
The wallpaper was inspired by concept art from another community member taisayshello (fungalautumn on Discord), and she wants credit too.
