pnotes freezed to reactos or show bsod

Greetings:

I testing pnotes (http://pnotes.sourceforge.net/) under bootcd-47787-dbg, i amount the application as iso file and when make double click in it then reactos shows bsod, if I enter in debug mode when make double double click in it now reactos is freezed, i integrates it in 0.3.11 by the rosbe compiler as preinstalled app and works well, except some parts do not see (it shows gray pictures), attach the output file for you debug, thanks.
