    Description

      Several tests for SetupInstallServicesFromInfSectionExA and SetupInstallServicesFromInfSectionExW

      One of them reveals a nasty bug in our SetupInstallServicesFromInfSectionExW implementation ( see Patch for the bug in CORE-9398 ), however fixing the bug reveals a hidden one which must be fixed first ( see CORE-9406 for details)
