Rare "Carrier-WHS-Bot offline", during "kmtest : KeEvent", sometime after 3f65f3a

looks like the reenabled kmtests freeze the "Test WHS" builder
from time to time. [...]
Would be great if this could be investigated as I lack the time right now.
