msi_winetest:install deadlocks

Created an attachment (id=6118)
debug log with backtrace, r.51307

The test was done on VBox 4.0.x, using rev. 51307. To replicate the problem, run msi:install test (optionally, with catching first exceptions). This issue was regress-tested via testman and confirmed to rev. 51246 (ldr rewrite commit).

Two symptoms are detected, no idea if one is causing another. With catching first exceptions, a crash is detected, as seen in attached debug log.

After cont'ing it, cmd window where test was executed, locks up. After several minutes a deadlock is detected, with dprint:

Soon afterwards, an exception error window appears (trace in bracket):

"The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000194) occured in the application at location 0x7c9136e9" (lib/rtl/critical.c:150 (RtlpWaitForCriticalSection@4))
