Reorganize Explorer's Resources

The resources in our Explorer are currently not correct and incomplete.
I am about to rework them to give a better base for fixing existing bugs.

Things I plan to do:

*rework the property dialogs, make them nicer, add missing resources and remove unneded ones
*Change the start menu Icon from an icon to a bitmap resource
*Fix existing and add missing icons --> See CORE-9240
*reorganize the resource folder structure
