Cmdow software always display a incorrect image name

    Description

      Cmdow is a Win32 commandline utility, with MIT License, this bug is cmdow cannot recognize the image name in a running process. Probably by a ReactOS function, returning a 'NUL'. I suspected Reactos function WideCharToMultiByte on advapi32.

      In the image attach, seen Imagen name with 'Unknown'
