Pressing F3-Enter during setup behaves wrong sometimes

If F3 (Quit) followed by Enter (Continue) is pressed during setup, there is some wrong behaviour, depending on which screen is visible. Sometimes it not repainted, so the exit screen keeps visible. In one instance it goes back, as if ESC was pressed. In the Select Directory screen, a blank screen was shown, caused a NULL pointer dereference.
