Explorer's folders band, at press "Open" option from popup menu don't open control panel and others.

When I press "Open" option from popup menu in the folders band (explorer), the control panel, system registry and nt object namespace not work fine, this menu open "My computer" location only. I attach a movie as evidence, greetings.
