MS Office Word 2000 - wrong ordering of elements in the symbols bar

      r73218 (with fp4awec->fp4awel hack)

      The icons in the symbols bar are ordered wrong, but when clicking at them, you will see that the actual functionality is present, just hidden under the wrong icon.

      Ofc it works fine in XPSP3.
