    Description

      In Windows for switch on separate process for explorer there is parameter HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\SeparateProcess 1.
      He is missing in ReactOS.

      While David Quintana have not been implemented IPC, windows opened in separated process. (http://reactos.org/node/882, http://reactos.org/node/884)
