      Description

      I made basic startup/shutdown sounds for ReactOS in classic win95/98/2000 style. I think they are pretty good match system ideology.
      Work is currently in progress and will be updated soon. I will add more sounds for other system events and release uncomressed version when i complete.
      Let me know what do you think.

      List of future sounds:
      -Hardware insert
      -Hardware removed
      -Hardware fail
      -Error message
      -System notification
      -Question message
      -Fatal Error
      -Default sound
