      a subtle regression only, but can be observed in many applications:
      "wiggling with the mouse cursor over text nearby checkboxes/radiobuttons makes their text flash"

      I did a RegressionTest.txt for this and although the effect got more intense over time there is definetely a revision where I can not longer make it flash at all (no matter how long I try):

      Therefore I consider r73806 guilty.
      Have done more than 50videos, but basically all show the same
