[RAPPS] Unzip archives not by external program

    Description

      I try to make package for USB Deview. It is distributed in zip-archive. After download RAPPS try to launch external program to install it and have an error. I think it will be more smart let user to choose folder and unzip files to it.
      Possible library like MiniZip can be used on top of zlib (zlib already in SDK).
