Dell Latitude E5410: BootCD installation not booting

Tested on: 0.4.7, 0.4.9-dev-39-gd287d14

After successful installation ROS does not boot, Debug (screen) output:

(../../drivers/usb/usbehci/hardware.cpp:1269) EHCI: HostSystem Error!

and

(../../ntoskrnl/mm/ARM3/sysldr.c:3025) ZwOpenFile failed for '\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\vbemp.sys' with status 0xc000003a

then repeats twice with

{{{{ '...\DRIVERS\i8042prt.sys'}}}}

and the last output is

*** Assertion failed: AllocatedResources->List[0].BusNumber == ResourceDescription->u.BusNumber.Start

then in 0.4.7 followed by
