    Description

      Themes tab is missing - Display Properties.

      A theme is a background plus a set of sounds, icons, and other elements to help you personalize your computer with one click.

      Due to the lack of this tab, it's difficult to apply some themes, related to the artistic design with the background of the desktop and sound design.
