Ashampoo Antivirus 2016 1.3.0 can't start its protection

After installing the program and reboot, the services of program (AAV_Guard.exe and AAV_Service_XP.exe) starts correctly and the virus database updates succesfully, but antivirus can't start the protection anyway.
I also installed the fltmgr driver from w2k3, but it doen't help for me.

There are two assertions in debug.log, which probably may cause a problem:
in ntoskrnl:

(../../ntoskrnl/mm/ARM3/virtual.c:3666) FIXME: Should remove the page from WS

(the log full of this spam)

or maybe the antivirus drivers a2dix86.sys and a2util32.sys doen't work:

but two other drivers (AAV_IFSXP32.sys and cleanhlp32.sys) loads correctly.
