Incorrect rendering with AMD Radeon drivers

I'm testing ReactOS-0.4.9-iso and i've installed the AMD Catalyst drivers v9.000.100.9001 located here:

I installed only the video drivers by extracting the contents with 7zip and installing the driver under device manager. My video chipset is the AMD Radeon HD 8570D after reboot the driver fails to render properly and doesn't automatically goto the desktop. It looks like this image.

If i hit ESC it does goto the desktop it appears the driver is unable to fill surfaces or display icons. Also trying to refresh the screen doesn't work.

I've also included a debug log in case it can help.
