ReactOS 0.4.10 FAT check freezes the OS

After a little corruption in the FAT filesystem, the FAT check utility "corrects" the corruptions, but it hangs and does not let the system to proceed, even after it says the test has been passed

How to reproduce:

1. Make a little FAT filesystem corruption (Easy way is forcing shutdown)
2. Let the filesystem corrector to run

VM Configuration:

Virtualizer: VirtualBox 5.2.18

Configuration: Auto selected by VBox (WinSrv2K3) with some customisations

420 MB RAM, Disabled I/O APIC, 32 vRAM, enabled 2D and 3D acceleration, enabled USB EHCI controler, pointing device is PS/2 Mouse
