Sumatra PDF 3.1.2 does not hide the taskbar when switching to fullscreen via F11

    Description

      SumatraPDF 3.1.2 from rapps.
      VBox 4.3.40, VBEMP, desktop resolution 800x600 32bpp

      Expected result
      F11 switches to fullscreen and hides the taskbar, like 2k3sp2

      Observed result
      F11 switches to fullscreen but the taskbar remains visible

      I don't believe it's something new, but I did never check it before.
