WinBoard 4.8.0 'Game Viewer' is incapable to display its 1bpp icon in the taskbar (randomly?)

    Description

      WinBoard 4.8.0 was not capable to display its 1bpp icon in the taskbar, when the 'Game Viewer' app was running.

      Observed result
      0.4.11-RC-22-g2522ec1_broken.png

      Expected result
      2K3_SP2_eng_ok.png

      We fixed that by some unknown commit during 0.4.12dev'ing most likely, because
      0.4.12-RC-55-g3a6cb85_ok.png
