    Description

ros 0.4.13-RC-39-g3862cc6 gcc dbg lin, VBox 4.3.12, no additions, VBEMP in use, desktop resolution 800x600 32bpp
      Midnight Commander 4.8.19 from rapps.

      Expected result
The vertical scrollbar should be completely hidden after we switched into fullscreen via Alt+Return
      2k3sp2_ok.webm

      Observed result
Still some pixels of the vertical scrollbar are visible when being in fullscreen
      0.4.13-RC-39-g3862cc6_verticalScrollbarNotProperlyOverPaintedInFS.webm
      0.4.13-RC-39-g3862cc6_verticalScrollbarNotProperlyOverPaintedInFS.log

      Sidenote
When switching back from fullscreen, we see some drawing issues in the console-text-output-rendering. Looks like the lower section would not be refreshed properly. That's because the vertical scrollbar is not in topmost position and I do think this part is no rosbug as it happens very similarly in 2k3sp2 (+our bcrypt.dll & mbedtls.dll).
