Changing taskbar position is not persistent after reboot

    Description

      Reproduce steps:

      1) Unlock taskbar
      2) Change taskbar position i.e. to top
      3) Lock taskbar
      4) Reboot

      Expected behavior: Taskbar should keep the new position.
      Current behavior: Taskbar gets back to his default position (bottom).
