[COMCTL32] List-View control doesn't work as intended

Used: c40b086 nightly build

While using LVS_EX_CHECKBOXES extended list-vew style, a bug was found that selecting an item will prevent the checkbox of that particular item to function properly. In fact, selecting an item also causes to send LVIS_STATEIMAGEMASK message along with LVIS_SELECTED which shouldn't happen.
Steps to reproduce the problem:

• Check a checkbox of an item which contains the value.
• Select the items multiple times.

Note: Since my program was compiled in MSVC, it is required to install Visual C++ redistributable package (for Visual Studio 2017) before testing.
