Live CD on Virtual PC 2007: Uses 4-bit color depth instead of 32-bit

    Description

      This is regression, started to happen in 0.4.15-dev-2655-g2ae6bd7453 - videoprt commit by hpoussin.

      How to reproduce:

      • Start Virtual PC 2007
      • Attach Live CD and boot from it
      • You will notice color depth problem early at device installation stage

      The problem is not reproduced when booting Live CD with ACPI HAL by specifying it in FreeLoader parameters.

      Noticeable debug print error:

      (/win32ss/user/ntuser/display.c:86) err: Failed to open registry key: \REGISTRY\MACHINE\SYSTEM\CONTROLSET001\SERVICES\VBE\Device1
