ReactOS fails to boot to desktop after ATI Radeon HD driver is installed

    Description

      Installed the following build on real hardware:

      https://iso.reactos.org/bootcd/reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-3498-g63bb43a-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.7z

      It works fine until installing ATI Catalyst drivers 11.8 for the integrated ATI Radeon HD 4250 chipset and fails to boot to desktop after rebooting. the driver tested can be found here:

      https://web.archive.org/web/20120418002936/http://www2.ati.com/drivers/11-8_xp32_dd_ccc_ocl.exe

      this driver used to work with earlier builds of ReactOS i booted with debug screen mode and got a screen shot of the failure.
