[x64] Dell Optiplex 3010 is not able to jump from Freeldr to next step.

    Description

      ReactOS version tested: reactos-livecd-0.4.15-dev-5499-g1341c38

      Arch: 64 bits

      Compiler: MSVC

      Testing environment: Real Hardware - Dell Optiplex 3010

      Description of the bug:

      Freeldr tries to load ReactOS, but suddenly, there is an error that avoids it. The freeldr logging says 

      CPU doesn't have needed features! Has: 0x9b3fff, required: 0x20013dfe

      I attach the log, but I think it's not so explanatory.
