Regression, WinDirstat 1.1.2 from rapps crashes right after startup with unhandled exception

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5517-g9762ef9-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • Install WinDirstat 1.1.2 from rapps
      •  Fails on start due to unhandled exception

      Follow-up of CORE-12395 where the same program was claimed working on 0.4.15-dev-3451-gf606fec but even on build before regression the similar symptom can be reached when closing during load sequence (see CORE-18755 )
