FileBrowser Defaults: Make "Details-View" the default

We had a poll in Townsquare from 25 February till 02 April 2023 to change our defaults in the filebrowser and the result was extremely clear:

since showing file extensions by default is already the case that leaves to do:
details view instead of listview (like Win10)
showing the full path in WindowTitle

Personally I do care most about Details View, as the current default symbolsView does simply suck. And yes we can do that even without implementing the ShellBags before
