Same regression cause as CORE-19210 but patch proposed by DougLyons there does not fix this one (eg : not duplicate)

      Regression shared upstream : https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/3360

      • Open Control Panel
      • Drag'n'drop any cpl on the Desktop
      • En empty folder of the same name is created.
      • Expected result (similar to Win2K3) : create shortcut to CPL

      Same with NTObject Space :

      Same with registry

      Same with pagefile.sys : CORE-19417

      Fixed by : dragdrop_fix.patch

      • NT Objects
