      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-7157-gb7dcc10-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      SP_COPY_IN_USE_NEEDS_REBOOT is not supported by setupapi, which raise file copy errors such as in CORE-8982

      This is implemented upstream since https://github.com/wine-mirror/wine/commit/87b2af73baf3cc26fe5ed135cbd6ed494a9003be 

      This patch is a simple implementation : setupapi.patch
