Battery charge level incorrectly reported (255% remaining)

    Description

      The host is a currently plugged on sector and reports around 96 % of battery.
      The ReactOS build is 20240212-0.4.15-dev-7635-g0ac79d7.GNU_8.4.0

      ✔ Expected result: The tool tip would say 97 %

      ❌ Observed result: The tool tip while hovering the battery icon reports 255 %
