Right click > Move on windows title bar does not fully work as expected (arrow do no move)

    Description

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-7848-ga68406b-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • Open any window (Explorer, Notepad....)
      • Right click on Title bar, select "Move"

      • Cursor is moved to the center of the title bar
      • Unable to move window with keyboard arrows
      • Expected result : Up/Down/Left/Right arrow to move the window position (and once an arrow is pressed, the window should be "attached" to the cursor position, like if left mouse button was held down)
      • Nothing logged on such action.
