LiveCD Start menu and Desktop shortcuts are not populated if non-English

    Description

      On LiveCD, the program items of Start Menu is not populated correctly if the selected language is not English - so far has been tested with: Russian, French (France), German (Germany).

      Tested build livecd-0.4.15-dev-8207-gd73a838.

      Desktop shortcuts for Command line and Readme are not created as well (Russian, French, but works for German).
