Explorer: Two dots or relative path won't work on address bar

    Description

      Step 1. Open %WINDIR%.
      Step 2. Press Alt+D to select the address bar.
      Step 3. Type double dots (..) and press Enter key.
      Step 4. The system should open the parent folder of %WINDIR%.
