[FONTS] (REGRESSION) Win32SS Frankenstein makes ugly the desktop font rendering

      Guilty/unhidder commit: ReactOS 0.4.15-x86-dev (Build 20241224-0.4.15-dev-8222-g9164419) ( Commit 9164419c9c516c9b656d22489993b6d57b475735 ) by katayama_hirofumi_mz 

      ReactOS environment: ReactOS under VM with the win32ss from Windows 2003.

      Description: By that font PR, the rendering becomes poor under ReactOS Win32SS frankenstein from CORE-16479. I guess it's because the system took the incorrect font to render the texts and that things. So the font regressed and looks ugly.
