[comctl32] Explorer: Wrong "range" selection logic using SHIFT

• Open Explorer in C:\ReactOS
• Put focus on "Cursors"

• Enter SHIFT+3 using the "3" key above Z & E on AZERTY keyboard
• Selects all entries between 3rdParty and Cursors
• Put selection on "3rdParty" as single entry
• Wrong management of "SHIFT" usage here misused for range selection in listview
