chkdsk has ASSERT when FAT1 and FAT2 are not equal trying to write

    Description

      When FAT1 and FAT2 are not equal chkdsk calls "fs_write" to copy the best one over the other when we are in read-only mode. This is caught by an ASSERT, but it should not happen.

      This could be a duplicate of https://jira.reactos.org/browse/CORE-16484.
