shell32: If you open the properties for two drives, you can't close the first without closing the 2nd

    Description

      Official 41190.
      Open the properties for C drive, now (without closing it) open the properties for the CD-ROM, if you try to close the C drive properties window you can't (you have to first close the last opened). Now it will close automatically after closing the CD-ROM properties.
