      Created an attachment (id=4358)
      the patch

      Several applications, mostly microsoft ones, use Side by Side assemblies. Of special interest to reactos are msvcrt redistributable packages, currently they are useless because of this missing feature. Fortunately, wine implements this support, unfortunately their loader and ours are significantly different and i have been unable to integrate this functionality.

      I do not have the time or experience to complete this patch so im posting it here so that someone else can try to fix it. Some extra DPRINT1s have sneaked into this patch, and are not related to it at all....
