      just log

Media Player Classic Home Cinema while starting new file(video or audia file) crashs. While MPC starts we have such lines in debuglog
(dll/ntdll/ldr/utils.c:2294) Failed to create or open dll section of 'C:\Program Files\MPC HomeCinema\mpc-hcENU.dll' (Status c0000135)
(dll/ntdll/ldr/utils.c:2294) Failed to create or open dll section of 'C:\Program Files\MPC HomeCinema\mpc-hcLOC.dll' (Status c0000135)

but there are no such files in program directory and they are not needed(i asked about that on #MPC-HC IRC channel).
