SHLWAPI: StrCatChainW is not exported

    Description

      After a fresh Install of ROS I change the ReactOS shell32.dll with the windows one.
      When I wanted to start ReactOS now userinit.exe throws the Error Message shown on the Screenshot.

      A Definition of this function is available in the shlwapi.h file inside the psdk directory but it's neither stubed/implemented nor exported at the dll itself.
